As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco Broadworks Media Server at ORD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

Maintenance Details:

· Date: Monday March 23, 2026

· Timeframe: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM CT

· Duration: Up to 4 hours

· Purpose: Broadworks Media Server

· Location: ORD

· Expected Impact: No outages anticipated
