The maintenance scheduled for Monday, 6/23, was postponed to the following Monday, 6/30, starting at 11 PM Central Time.
As part of TeligentIP’s ongoing effort to maintain the highest quality of service, we will upgrade the F5 firewall servers at our ORD datacenter. As with any maintenance, every effort will be made to complete the necessary changes with minimal service interruption.
Details of maintenance are as follows: Date: June 30, 2025 Timeframe: 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM CT Duration: 4 Hours Purpose: Server upgrade Location: ORD Data Center Impact: We are not anticipating any outage.
Note: For answering service customers using SIP trunk, we will route all incoming calls to our secondary Data Center at IAD. To ensure no interruption in outgoing calls, we recommend routing all outgoing calls to our secondary Data Center at IAD using voice2.teligentip.net or the IP address 146.20.214.81.
