Scheduled Maintenance Notification

As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco Broadworks Media Server at ORD Data Center and Application Server at IAD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

Maintenance Details:

· Date: Monday March 16, 2026

· Timeframe: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM CT

· Duration: Up to 5 hours

· Purpose: Broadworks Media Server & Application Server

· Location: ORD and IAD Data Center

· Expected Impact: No outages anticipated

· This maintenance does NOT apply to any of our customers using SIP trunks
