As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco Broadworks DMS Server and XSP/API Server at ORD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

Maintenance Details:

· Date: Monday April 13, 2026

· Timeframe: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM CT

· Duration: Up to 4 hours

· Purpose: DMS Server and XSP/API Server upgrade

· Location: ORD

· Expected Impact: No outages anticipated
