As part of TeligentIP’s ongoing effort to maintain the highest quality of service, we will be upgrading all our Session Border Controller elements. As with any maintenance, every effort will be made to complete the necessary changes with minimal service interruption.
Details of maintenance are as follows:
Tue Sep 10 – 11PM-7AM CT: Both EMS upgrades at ORD and IAD data centers Wed Sep 18 – 11PM-3AM CT: IAD PSX (secondary) Thur Sep 19 – 11PM-3AM CT: ORD PSX (primary) Thur Sep 26 – 11PM – 3AM CT: IAD SBC HA pair Thur Oct 03 – 11PM – 3AM CT: ORD SBC HA pair
Purpose: SBC upgrade Impact: We are not anticipating any outage
