Scheduled Maintenance Notification
As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco Broadworks Profile server and XSP/Portal servers at our IAD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Monday Jan 19 and Wed Jan 21, 2026 Timeframe: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM CT Duration: Up to 4 hours Purpose: Broadworks Profile server and XSP/Portal servers Location: IAD Data Center Expected Impact: No outages anticipated
