Scheduled Maintenance Notification

As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade on the F5 firewall servers at our ORD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

Maintenance Details:

Date: Monday, June 22, 2026
Timeframe: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM CT
Duration: Up to 5 hours
Purpose: Firewall server upgrade
Location: ORD Data Center
Expected Impact: No outages anticipated

Additional Information:

For answering service customers using SIP trunk: All inbound calls will be routed through our IAD Data Center. To avoid any potential interruption with outbound calls, please configure them to route through our IAD Data Center using voice2.teligentip.net .

For customers using Adtran: Our team will reach out directly to schedule a manual switchover to the IAD Data Center ahead of the maintenance window.
