As part of TeligentIP’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of service, we will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco Broadworks Network Server at our IAD Data Center. While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

Maintenance Details:

· Date: Wednesday Feb 4 , 2026

· Timeframe: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM CT

· Duration: Up to 3 hours

· Purpose: Broadworks Network Server

· Location: IAD Data Center

· Expected Impact: No outages anticipated
